Michael has been an instructor since 2018. He first started dancing in 2014 and started Baila Ames to return Latin dancing to Ames Iowa. Besides Latin dancing Michael has also been a ballroom instructor, wedding/club DJ, and enjoys sharing his passion for dance and life!

    Baila Ames is based out of Ames Iowa. The name itself is a play on words of “bailame” which is Spanish for ‘dance with me’ to become “dance with Ames.” We are dedicated to inspiring dance enthusiasts with quality instruction, unforgettable events, and unwavering commitment to the art of movement.
